  the Shelter Source is a program designed, promoted, and available from Committed Canines Dog Services, LLC very own Neil Hutchins Resto CDTI© ABC-CMT CCDT-CMT AKC-CGCU. bringing staff, volunteer, and community education to animal welfare organizations across the globe.
With his international reputation and following Neil is able to coordinate sponsors, funding, marketing, resources, and instruction for the represented organizations.

This service comes at small monetary cost to the represented organizations, but that comes from you the donor, sponsors and fundraising effects. Unlike standard training practice in shelters; Neil dives into advertising, management, employee education, and volunteer IMPROVEMENT using information provided by ASPCA Professionals.

He promotes the use of 24 Pet Watch Microchips and their other shelter resources to assist in management and education to the employees in a modern and open instruction plan. These tools help to increase traffic for the dogs on social media and other internet sources. the hands on skills learned are given to the dogs and handlers to reduce injury in shelters and communities.

It doesn't stop there. Dogs that are adopted are provided with educational improvement tools and instruction to the new families and continuing education and improvement for the dogs in their new homes. People interested in surrendering their pets are also consulted to answer various questions like why? ... and to offer assistance for the pets to stay in home.
